COUPLES COUNSELLING
Conflict arises when our ideal does not match up with our reality. Couples counselling will help you to gain an understanding of your individual/couple strengths and areas of need and give you an opportunity to consider how to create a healthy and solid relationship. Couples Counselling helps couples in long-term committed relationships address existing conflict and work to find a middle ground through mutual understanding of each other’s beliefs about themselves individually/as a couple an the role that this plays in the conflict.
PARENT COACHING AND EDUCATION COUNSELLING
Parent coaching equips you with the skills and strategies needed to support your child's mental health and well-being. By understanding your child's unique needs and developmental stage, you can better address their behavioral challenges, strengthening your relationship and boosting their success at home, school, and in the community. Additionally, education counseling offers guidance on post-high school options, helping both you and your child develop educational plans, set career goals, and choose the best path toward work, college, or university.
